When will my order arrive?
Checkout does not show a live carrier arrival date. After the seller fulfills, follow shipment status on the order when tracking events exist.
How do I track a shipment?
Open the order. Tracking is the shipment status and events recorded there. Ozithy does not send SMS tracking updates.
Can I change the address after I pay?
There is no self-serve address change after payment. Message Customer Care with the order reference. Change may not be possible once fulfillment has started.
