How do I add to cart?
From a published offer, choose a quantity that meets the MOQ and add it to cart. You can keep browsing and check out when you are ready.
What is Buy again?
When you are signed in, Cart may show products you already paid for. Add one at a time. It is not a bulk reorder of a whole order.
How do I pay?
Pay with Paystack on the unpaid order. The charge is merchandise plus the door-delivery fee. Ozithy does not offer cash on delivery.
What delivery methods exist at checkout?
Door delivery only. Checkout does not offer pickup stations or a choice of carriers.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Ozithy quotes one internal door-delivery fee for your destination city and state. Cart Order Total uses a provisional fee from your primary address. Guests and incomplete addresses show the fee as pending.
Why can’t I pay?
Usually the delivery address is missing, or door delivery is unavailable for that city/state. Add a full address and try again, or message Customer Care with the destination.
Which address is used for delivery?
You can store up to five full delivery addresses under Account → Addresses. Cart fee preview uses the primary address. Checkout snapshots the address you confirm onto the order.
What currency does Ozithy use?
Naira (NGN) only. There is no currency picker.
